FLYING KIWI -

Designed as a small wave performance fish. The Flying Kiwi features a low entry rocker with moderate curve through out. The bottom is a single to double concave with vee out the tail corners. The outline is full with a slight parallel  mid section for drive and speed helping maintain forward drive in mushy flat sections. Perfect small to medium wave board if your looking for one board to cover most conditions this is the one.

Tail shape is a curved swallow, also available with a flyer at the rear fin position.

Available as Thruster or Quad / 5 fin using FCSII.

V5 - Versatile Fish

I designed this board years ago when the Twin Keel Retro fish craze was on. So first thing I did was put five boxes in it so it could be ridden as a Twin, Quad or Thruster. Instantly more options. The rocker is low but with the tips slightly flipped. The bottom is a single to double concave with the Vee starting at the mid point and running back out the tail, the single concave fades out as the double Vee concave comes into full effect between the riders feet. This makes a big board feel free and responsive. The rails are modern and tucked under with hard resin bead edges through the tail.

I can make this board anywhere from 5'0 to 8'0 , Bigger Higher volumes may require the use of EPS / Epoxy construction the models shown are standard PU / Polyester.

Modern Retro-Twin Fin or Quad

Taking the design elements of the early keel fin fishes and adding some modern flair is what I'm into with this board.

The rocker is relaxed in the entry with release in the tail so super fast and easy to catch waves. The bottom shape is a single forward concave flowing into a fee bottom with inset double concaves. The outline is classic but with a little more curve in the tail giving the board performance in good waves. Rails are mid 60/40 to down rails thru the tail. Hard bottom edge through fin area.

Available in Glass on Twin Keels , FCSII or Futures boxes.
